一、熔接法:
以超音波超高頻率振動(dòng)的焊頭在適度壓力下,使二塊塑膠的接合面產(chǎn)生磨擦熱而瞬間熔融接合,焊接強(qiáng)度可與本體媲美,采用合適的工件和合理的接口設(shè)計(jì),可達(dá)到水密及氣密,并免除采用輔助品所帶來(lái)的不便,實(shí)現(xiàn)高效清潔的熔接。
二、鉚焊法:
將超音波超高頻率振動(dòng)的焊頭,壓著塑膠品突出的梢頭,使其瞬間發(fā)熱融成為鉚釘形狀,使不同材質(zhì)的材料機(jī)械鉚合在一起。
三、埋植:
藉著焊頭之傳道及適當(dāng)之壓力,瞬間將金屬零件(如螺母、螺桿等)擠入預(yù)留入塑膠孔內(nèi),固定在一定深度,完成后無(wú)論拉力、扭力均可媲美傳統(tǒng)模具內(nèi)成型之強(qiáng)度,可免除射出模受損及射出緩慢之缺點(diǎn)。
四、成型:
本方法與鉚焊法類似,將凹狀的焊頭壓著于塑膠品外圈,焊頭發(fā)出超音波超高頻振動(dòng)后將塑膠溶融成形而包覆于金屬物件使其固定,且外觀光滑美觀、此方法多使用在電子類、喇叭之固定成形,及化妝品類之鏡片固定等。
五、點(diǎn)焊:
A、將二片塑膠分點(diǎn)熔接無(wú)需預(yù)先設(shè)計(jì)焊線,達(dá)到熔接目的。
B、對(duì)比較大型工件,不易設(shè)計(jì)焊線的工件進(jìn)行分點(diǎn)焊接,而達(dá)到熔接效果,可同時(shí)點(diǎn)焊多點(diǎn)。
六、切割封口:
運(yùn)用超音波瞬間發(fā)振工作原理,對(duì)化纖織物進(jìn)行切割,其優(yōu)點(diǎn)切口光潔不開(kāi)裂、不拉絲。

旋轉(zhuǎn)熔接原理 是針對(duì)塑料圓形之熱可塑性產(chǎn)品而設(shè)計(jì),藉由塑料工件相互摩擦所產(chǎn)生之熱力,使塑料工件接觸面產(chǎn)生熔解,再靠外在壓力,驅(qū)動(dòng)促使上下工件凝固為一體,成為永久性的結(jié)合。
旋熔實(shí)例:RO濾心、冷凍杯、保溫杯、花瓶、化油器、蓮蓬頭、熱水瓶氣膽等。
熱板熔接原理 利用模板將其加熱至所需要之溫度,再放置于塑料工件與工件之結(jié)合面的中間,使熱力集中于兩個(gè)結(jié)合面,受熱后產(chǎn)生熔解時(shí),退出熱模板后,再利用外在壓力,致使工件合而為一,成為堅(jiān)固耐久性的功用。可處理熔接物,本身硬度較高,形狀復(fù)雜,體積碩大的產(chǎn)品皆可迎仞而解。
